You can view a full list of events here as each night varies.
Most nights our doors open between 7-8pm, and the music ends between 11pm-12 midnight.
If you have questions or are trying to reclaim lost goods, come by when the show ends! We’ll gladly help you find IDs, credit cards, and marbles, if these are things you have lost.

The Roxy doesn’t have a dedicated parking area, but there are paid parking garages nearby that are open to the public.
Shirt & shoes required! Otherwise, for concerts, there is no dress code whatsoever.
All ages unless specified are welcome at The Roxy as long as they have a ticket. For small children, we require parents to provide noise canceling headphones or earplugs – kids ears are still developing… good looking out, right? PS. They won’t be admitted without ear protection. Here is more information on that.
If you are under the age of 18 you may enter an 18+ show, but you MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This does not apply for 21+ shows, where you MUST be 21 and over to enter.
The Roxy is fully accessible and we are happy to set aside seating for anyone that needs it. Upon entering the venue the day of the show, please ask for a manager or supervisor and they will gladly escort you to the ADA section.
VIP packages are non-transferable. Check-in times and VIP experiences vary show to show. For check-in and VIP experience details, check your email 2-3 days before the show with all of the information you will need.
We accept cash, credit cards (AMEX, Visa and Mastercard) and contactless mobile payments

Sorry, no. The Roxy has a strict no re-entry policy. Once doors open for the concert and you enter the building, you must stay inside until you leave for the evening.
You can view all the ticket and show info on our calendar. Advance tickets are purchased through AXS.com. All tickets are final sale. No refunds. No exchanges. Unless noted, all shows are general admission/standing room only. We highly recommend purchasing tickets as early as possible as many of our events sellout in advance.
You can also purchase tickets on Tuesdays from 1-6pm at the Fonda Theatre and on Thursdays from 12-5pm at Shrine Expo Hall.
The Roxy box office is open night of show only starting at door time. Tickets to future shows can be purchased on show nights. Tickets to future shows can also be purchased at the box offices at Fonda Theatre on Tuesdays and Shrine Expo Hall on Thursdays.
The Roxy is unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets that were not purchased directly through an authorized sales channel (i.e. The Roxy, Fonda, or Shrine box offices or AXS.com). For this reason, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from third-party resellers. If a ticket is purchased through a third-party reseller, The Roxy is not responsible for any fraudulent activity and will not honor invalid tickets.
If a show is canceled, refunds are available at point of purchase. You will be refunded automatically if you purchased a ticket through AXS. Visit AXS Help Center for more info. Please note openers are always subject to change.

The vast majority of the acts that play here select their own support acts and bring them on tour with them. We rarely have the opportunity to add other bands to the bill. But feel free to email info@goldenvoice.com with information about your band (links to music, press clips, where else they’ve played in LA, etc) because you never know!
We don’t. We’re sorry
All entries are accessible.
ADA viewing area is to the left of the VIP section. Please ask a venue representative for assistance upon your arrival.
To request a sign language interpreter, please email us at: roxy@goldenvoice.com. We kindly ask that you submit your request at least two weeks prior to the concert date. This allows us adequate time to secure the services of a qualified interpreter. While we will do our best to accommodate late requests, advance notice is greatly appreciated.
For any ADA inquiry, please email us at: roxy@goldenvoice.com. You may also look for a venue representative when you arrive.
Yes.
We welcome you to take as many photos as you desire, but all professional cameras (any camera with a removable lens) require a photo pass that must be approved ahead of time by the artist’s press contact and/or their management. If you do not have a photo pass approved prior to the show, we will ask you to take your camera back to your vehicle.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone but we really try not to unless your behavior is a red flag as being intoxicated or aggressive. We are looking out for everyone’s safety in the room including your own. Next time, please try to keep it cool on the booze before you arrive. We only turned you away because you were too wasted for us to take you on as a liability. Sorry for the inconvenience
Please email info@goldenvoice.com the following day
Maybe, but don’t ask us. Goldenvoice doesn’t issue press passes or photo passes. All press inquiries should be directed to the band’s publicist, label or management.
Because you are awesome & probably asking a question that is much less frequent. Email us: info@goldenvoice.com
